The Christian Eye Clinic Financial and Return Policies
At The Christian Eye Clinic, We strive to provide you with the best in the Eye Care Industry with A Thorough Examination, Quality Trendy Frames and Cutting Edge Ophthalmic Lenses. To help minimize the cost to our patients, the following policies and procedures are put in place.
Financial Policy:

All Fees are due at the time of service.

If you want your insurance to contribute to your Exam and / or Eye wear, You must provide us with a Valid Ins. ID and Photo ID and all the necessary information to process your claim. We will do our best to verify eligibility and determine the amount contributed by your Ins. The remaining balance is your responsibility.

In the event the insurance carrier denies or partially pays the claim; that portion will be your responsibility and will be billed to you.

We accept Cash, Check, Credit, Debt, and HSA Cards for amounts more than $10.00 ($1.00 processing fees is added for smaller amounts). Photo ID is required.

Any payments will be applied to the oldest balance first.

Bad Checks will incur a 40% collection surcharge.
Return Policy:

We will work with you to resolve any issue to make your eye wear look the very best and work the way it is intended to.

Most frames are warrantied for one year against manufacturer defects.

Certain types of ophthalmic lenses are warrantied for 1 year against defects or scratches.

Custom and Rx. ophthalmic lens orders are non-refundable.

Unopened and undamaged contact lens boxes are returnable for exchange only. A 10% restocking and shipping fee will apply.
